These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SCOOTRARENT website and the rental of motorcycles and scooters ("Vehicles") from us. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
All bookings are confirmed only when full or partial payment is received and an email confirmation is issued. You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to rent a Vehicle.
A valid driver's license and a form of ID (passport or KTP) are required at pickup. An additional international driving permit (IDP) may be required for certain nationalities, especially for rentals exceeding 30 days.
A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. The deposit is released in full if the Vehicle is returned on time, in good condition, with a full fuel tank, and with all documents and accessories.
All Vehicles come with basic insurance (CDW / Theft Protection). Damage, loss, or theft of the Vehicle or its accessories is your responsibility up to the full replacement value. Additional insurance coverage is available at extra cost.
Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank. You must return the Vehicle with a full tank. Late, dirty, or incomplete returns may incur extra fees.
Returned Vehicles must be at the agreed location and time. Late returns are charged at pro-rated daily rates. Returns outside business hours must be pre-arranged.
Vehicles must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs, off-road, on ferries without prior permission, or outside the permitted areas without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
