FAQ

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about renting a motorbike or scooter in Bali.

Do I need a driver's license?

You need a valid driver's license (domestic) or an International Driving Permit (IDP) if renting for more than 30 days. A photocopy is collected at pickup. For short rentals (up to 30 days), a passport copy may suffice.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental is 3 days. Daily rates apply for 1-6 days, weekly rates for 7-29 days, and monthly rates for 30+ days.

Is insurance included?

Yes — basic insurance (CDW / Theft Protection) is included on all rentals. A security deposit is required and held on your credit card / ID.

Free delivery — where do you deliver?

We deliver island-wide to your hotel, villa, or airport (Ngurah Rai / Gianyar / Buleleng). Free delivery applies to bookings of 7 days or more; shorter rentals carry a small delivery fee.

What if I return late?

A late-return fee applies and is charged at half the daily rate for each extra hour, up to 3 hours, after which a full extra day is charged.

Can I pay in cash or card?

We accept cash (IDR), major credit cards, and bank transfer. Online payment is coming soon.
